Rates

Rates depend on a variety of factors including mileage to the event, the type and length of event, and specific requests.

Generally the rates are:
$200 1st hour (1 hour minimum)
$100 each additional hour

Fees are charged in 15 minute increments.
Monica typically does not attend Wedding Rehearsals, however, for an additional fee and if schedule allows, she can make arrangements to attend the rehearsal if client desires.

Weather/Playing Conditions
If this is an outdoor engagement and inclement weather conditions prevail, client must arrange for an alternate site. If inclement weather conditions make it impossible to complete the performance,  musician shall nevertheless be paid the full contract price. There must be a clean, flat, dry surface for the harpist to play on. Musician can not play in an extended amount of time in direct sunlight or other conditions which may cause harm to the harp.

Payment and Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of 50%  is due at the time the contract is signed.Musician can not reserve event date without the retainer. The balance in full is due seven days before event date.

Any special music requests that require learning new music could incur additional fees and must be decided on before the contract is signed.
